Shipping

Shipping is calculated according to size, weight of item/s regardless of destination territory.

TINAM ships via Thailand Post Airmail.
Deliveries are shipped weekdays excluding public holidays. By placing an order with us the buyer assumes any risk or loss that may incur during transit. We regret that we cannot issue a refund for lost or damaged items.

Additionally, due to heightened security measures worldwide, customs delays are becoming more frequent. In extreme cases, packages may take up to 30 days to arrive.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Return Instructions

Returns will only be accepted on faulty items. Please contact customer service info@thisisnotamall.com and return your item/s within 7 days of item delivery. Once we have received goods, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email. All returned items must be unworn & unwashed with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria, are non-refundable.

Vintage

Vintage items usually show some signs of wear, do not expect the item to be flawless unless indicated in the listing.

We try our best to describe the items displayed on the site as accurately as possible by noting any visible imperfections such as rips, holes, stains, repairs, etc in our listings.

All consumers please take note that vintage apparel sizes are usually different than contemporary sizing. TINAM list approximate contemporary size only, the size stated on the actual tag may differ.
It is best to compare the measurements of the item listed to your own. Slight variations in color should be expected. Most items are pre-washed with the exception of deadstock or tagged items.
